Education/Background:

Seeking Honors Bachelor of Science in BioResource Research, with an option in Toxicolgy and a minor in Chemistry, Oregon State University.
Outside of the lab and my studies, I serve as an officer for the Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources, and Related Sciences club on campus, as well as the Society for the Advancement of Chicanos and Native Americans in Science. I am also an RA on campus, and hold an executive officer position in the OSU National Residence Hall Honorary association.

Research Interest/Focus:

I am very interested in toxicology and beginning to narrow my focus now. I want to either attend Pharmacy school after I finish my undergraduate degree, or attend graduate school and study environmental toxicology. I plan to use whatever degree I earn to help improve native life in Navajo Nation, a native reservation in Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico.

Awards:
